|Title:||Employer Outreach Specialist|
|Description:||1. Assists in the development of a corporate recruitment campaign. 2. Strategically identifies, develops and maintains employer relationships with the goal of increasing full-time job opportunities for students and graduates and internship opportunities for students. 3. Conducts direct outreach to targeted organizations, including cold-calling and company site visits. 4. Promotes the College and its graduates to secure job openings and encourages on-campus recruitment activities, including participation in events, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and class and club presentations. 5. Participates in local, state, and regional organizations, including but not limited to chambers of commerce, alumni association events, and professional associations to develop employer relationships and job and internship opportunities. 6. Coordinates on-campus recruiting events. 7. Collaborates with deans, faculty, and alumni office to develop leads and targets for outreach. 8. Provides feedback on the design and development of marketing material for employers, including brochures and Web site content; 9. Coordinates timing of communications to employers. 10. Conducts ongoing assessment of employer development efforts and provides feedback as to the effectiveness of such efforts.|
|Qualifications:||Bachelor degree required. Master degree strongly preferred. 2+ years professional level experience in an externally focused position. Experience in corporate recruitment/hr or in employer- relations in career services preferred.|
