Executive with 30 years of experience that includes systems programming, systems analysis, manufacturing, project management, process management, business continuity/crisis management, infrastructure deployment and homeland security.

  • Established an enterprise-wide preparedness and crisis management program at a large defense/aerospace company covering over 600 locations and 72000 employees worldwide.
  • Provides advice and national policy thought leadership for DoD, DHS and ODNI through the Defense Industrial Base Sector Coordination Council, Critical Manufacturing Sector Coordinating Council, FEMA National Advisory Council and Interagency Threat Awareness & Coordination Group Advisory Council.
  • Contributed to homeland/national security policy reviews through the NSTAC and US Chamber National Security Task Force.
  • Executive liaison/program manager for Raytheon's Wounded Warrior Project and Operation Homelink partnerships.
  • Frequent speaker/moderator at major homeland security and disaster preparedness events.
