· Proctor for exams being taken by students who are allowed extended time testing per the government
· Schedule students to take exams in a distraction free environment convenient to their class schedules
· Communicate with professors & students to ensure all materials are in order for the exams & all persons have been correctly notified
· Professionally tutor focusing on Hospitality Management as well as tutoring students in the Student Support Program
· Mentor the current peer tutors & using the CRLA standards, train the new peer tutors
Assistant Resident Director
August 2010 – June 2011
· Directed the Student Hall Council by setting agendas, supporting the student board & facilitating hall programs
· Managed relationships & resolved conflict between students, parents & staff
· Planned & facilitated large scale social & educational programs for over 500 students

Biographical Profile
I graduated from Endicott College with my MBA in May of 2011. I also received by Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event Management from Endicott in May 2010. As both an undergraduate and graduate student I worked for the Center for Teaching and Learning through various positions. I started as a certified peer tutor the second semester of my freshman year. During my graduate year I professionally tutored, worked for the Student Support Program, and was an Advising Services Consultant. I was also an Assistant Resident Director, living in Reynolds hall with 117 Freshmen girls. It was a truly rewarding position and instilled in me a passion for higher education.
Currently I work at the Center for Teaching and Learning as the Assistant Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning. Primarly I run the Tutoring Services for the institution. Tutoring is made up of both peer and professional tutors who all provide a free service to Endicott students. We offer tutoring in over 100 cources and work closes with students and faculty to make sure all needs are met.
In addition, I teach two sections of EC 101 and I have continued to professionally tutor and work for the Student Support Program.
