Biographical Profile
Professor Smith received her Bachelors Degree (BS) in Administration of Healthcare Services from Ithaca College in Ithaca NY, an Associates Degree (AS) in Nurse Education from North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA, a Masters Degree (MSN) in Nursing Science, with an emphasis on nursing education from Salem State University in Salem, MA and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Regis College in Weston, MA. She expects to earn her DNP in May of 2013. Her credentials also include a certification in Rehabilitation Nursing, CRRN. Her nursing experience includes cardiac and orthopedic rehabilitation and home care. Her teaching experience includes teaching Community Health clinicals at Salem State College and as an adjunct faculty at Endicott College, teaching Fundamentals of Nursing and Senior Thesis. She was previously the Endicott College Nursing/Simulation Lab Coordinator.
