Biographical Profile

Courtney has a B.A. in history and English from East Carolina University in
Greenville, NC, and a M.A.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of
Phoenix.  She completed a college internship with Walt Disney World and
worked as a Recreation Guest Service Manager before entering the
teaching profession.  She taught English and history at Professional and
Technical High School in Kissimmee, Florida and history at Shawsheen Valley
Technical High School in Billerica, MA.  

She loves to travel and considers herself an adventurer.  She lived in London, England for about a year and considers it one of her greatest adventures.  She enjoys reading, visiting museums, discovering new restaurants and exploring the Northeast.  She is happy to call the Boston area home and lives in Winchester with her family.
