Works-in-Progress
Current doctoral research is on the achievement of transcultural self efficacy through cultural immersion expereinces for undergraduate nursing students.
Working to establish cultural immersion service placements for nursing students interested in an abroad experience. Trips currently in the planning stage for January and March 2013 to Guatemala.
Exploring the art of nursing through a collaboration with the Creative Arts Therapy department. Faculty have developed an interdisciplinary module for students to explore nursing theory through the creation of Mandalas.
