The Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts at Endicott
College is a major cultural arts center hosting tens of thousands of visitors
annually from the North Shore and metropolitan Boston. Students and visitors alike have delighted in
the joys and benefits of outstanding galleries, theaters, and art studios all
under one roof.
The state of the art facility includes a 250 seat
performance hall with professional-quality acoustics, a 100 seat black box
theater for drama, dance, technical theater workshops and performances, a
digital recording studio, two museum quality art galleries, an atrium gallery,
and a student gallery. This facility
serves as a cultural resource for the North shore and members of the community
are encouraged to attend the exhibits, performances, and programs offered.
Located in Beverly, Massachusetts on the oceanfront campus
of Endicott College, the Walter J. Manninen Center for the Arts is housed in
the School of Visual and Performing Arts.
Students at the School of Visual and Performing Arts can earn Bachelor
Degrees in Art Therapy, Graphic Design, photography, Studio Art, and Interior
Design. The School also offers minors in
Art History, Arts Administration, Creative Arts Therapy, Dance, Graphic Design,
Music, Photography, Studio Art, and Theater.
