Study Abroad Application Procedures

 

Eligibility

-Must be in good academic and disciplinary standing at Endicott College

-Must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA during application and pre-depature (some programs have higher GPA requirements)

-Must meet all deadlines and application requirements

Semester Long Study Abroad (Fall and Spring semesters)

Step 2: Additional Forms and Requirements

Short Essay: On a separate sheet, please discuss your reasons for wanting to study abroad. Please include your academic and personal goals, interests in your country of destination and preparedness for this experience. Please make this essay 500 words or less.

Two Endicott faculty recommendation forms: If your program provider also requires faculty reference forms, the Office of Undergraduate Programs will accept those in lieu of Endicott forms.

Copy of your Academic Record: printed from COAST

Copy of your passport ID page: Student MUST apply for passport if they do not have one or renew an expired passport immediately.  It is recommended that your passport is valid up to six months past the completion of your program.

Request for Course Approval form:  Using the course list for your intended program, please complete the Pre-Registration Course Approval form with your Advisor or Academic School Dean.  If your course list is not yet available, refer to the schedule from the previous academic year for guidance.    Click Here for instructions on how to complete this form.

Program Deposit: Payable by personal check or money order only, made out to Endicott College. If your application is not accepted, your fee will be refunded. If you are accepted and cannot attend for any reason, this deposit is non-refunable. Please see the Office of International Education for fee details.
