On-Campus Programs

Endicott College offers many on campus opportunities for students to develop greater understanding of other cultures.  These opportunities afford Endicott students a chance to become familiar with other cultures prior to a study abroad experience, or provide an alternative to study abroad. Explore the opportunities we have on campus!

Upcoming Events

The Office of International Education organizes and co-sponsors numerous events during the academic year.  Please check the campus Events Calendar regularly for new activities.

Programs for Students

International opportunities for students include a variety of clubs, organizations and leadership programs that can help to build an international, multi-cultural skill set in order to be successful in today's global society.

Intercultural Club

The Intercultural Club is a student group committed to promoting intercultural understanding at Endicott College.  The club plans and participates in numerous cultural activities each year, both on and off campus.  Activities include international dinners and film nights, charity events for international causes, and sponsoring international and cultural performances and programs on campus. Each semester the club holds a Global Village event, showcasing the variety of cultures on campus. This group is open to all Endicott students.

International Leadership Corps

  • International Peer Mentor Program

The Peer Mentor Program at Endicott College is very helpful to newly arrived International Students. Upon arrival, each student is assigned a Peer Mentor, usually an upper class men who has returned from a study abroad experience, who will help the student in their adjustment to the campus and to the US. The Mentor will bring the student to shop for any necessities, have dinners periodically with the student and check in during the semester to make sure that everything is going well. During each semester, Mentors are asked to plan outings for all the newly arrived students to help them to get to know the area. Of course, the Mentors are always available for questions and concerns, any day! Students can apply to be an International Peer Mentor in April for the following academic year.

  • Global Ambassador Program

The Global Ambassadors are a group of volunteer students who have studied abroad and are looking to share their experiences with the Endicott community and aid the Office of Undergraduate International Programs in their mission. The Global Ambassadors program is made up of students from various majors, study abroad destinations, and programs. The Global Ambassadors strive to raise awareness about study abroad destinations, programs, deadlines, and benefits through marketing initiatives, classroom visits, information sessions, social media outreach, and other publications. The Global Ambassadors will also become part of the International Leadership Corps (ILC), where in collaboration with the International Peer Mentors, the group will strive to internationalize the Endicott College community.
