    Kathleen Billings-McLaughlin, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor of Education at Endicott College.. She earned her Doctorate in Education from Boston University, her M. Ed. at Salem State University and her B.S. in Education also at Salem State University. Dr. McLaughlin holds multiple teaching licensures in the state of Massachusetts including Elementary Education, Reading Specialist, Special Needs, and Unified Media Specialist.     Anthony Pastelis, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Education, the President of the New Hampshire School Boards Association, and a has been an elected member of the Rochester (NH) School Board for seven years. Dr. Pastelis earned a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University, a M.Ed. from Emmanuel College and a Ph.D. in Education Administration from Boston College.     Zora Warren is the Coordinator of Field Placement at Endicott College. She earned her M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Technology in Education and her BS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in Secondary Education Social Studies.
