To Schedule Your First Appointment (For Each Academic Year)

Students can either come to the Counseling Center located in Lower Callahan (room 103) during our office hours to fill out an intake, or go to counseling.endicott.edu to complete necessary forms online. Please note: the online forms are only accessible if you are connected to the Endicott Student or Staff networks.  If you have already seen one of our counselors this academic year you can set up an appointment by contacting them directly or stopping by the counseling center.

If you choose the online option, all students should complete the Endicott College Demographic Information.  You should complete the New Intake if you have never received counseling on campus before and are coming in voluntarily.  You should complete the Returning Intake if you have met with an Endicott counselor in a previous year and are not being judicially mandated.  If you are being mandated to counseling for an assessment due to a student conduct violation please complete the New Intake.  Once submitted online, this information is automatically sent to Director of Counseling Scott Russell.  You will be contacted by a member of our staff within 1weekday of receiving your information to set up your first appointment.

Our online paperwork is part of the Titanium Scheduling Software which is on a secure server separate from the general Endicott College server.  Only our Counseling Center staff has access to the information on this server.  Whether you complete the forms in our office or online, maintaining your confidentiality is of utmost importance to us.
