North Shore Chapter of Sigma Xi Presents 4th Annual Research Conference at Salem State
Beverly, MA - The North Shore Chapter of Sigma Xi will host its 4th Annual Research Conference on Saturday, February 23 at Marsh Hall, 71 Loring Avenue, Salem State University, Salem, MA. The North Shore Chapter is the local chapter of an international organization that promotes research and cross-disciplinary exchange in the sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The conference is free and open to the public, but registration is required. There is a fee of $7.50 for an optional lunch.
Registration begins at 9:00 am in the lobby of Marsh Hall. Original research conducted by Endicott, Gordon and Salem State institutions will be presented orally beginning at 9:45 am followed by poster presentations at 1:00 pm.
The North Shore Chapter of Sigma Xi was founded in 2009 and is composed of students and faculty from Salem State University, Endicott College, Gordon College, and other local scientists.
