Endicott College Career Center  -Student Resources



The Career Center offers a variety of services to students from individual meetings to workshops to networking opportunities. All of our services are available to students throughout their academic career and to alumni. You can access information on our services and resources below or contact the Career Center for more individualized attention.

Individual Career Assistance

Career Center staff provide individual assistance with exploring career options, resume and cover letter critiques, advice on interviewing, networking and job search strategies, and applying to graduate programs.

Career Assessment

TypeFocus and SkillScan are two career assessment tools that allow students to explore career options that relate to their personality, skills, interests, and value. 



View job and internship postings, post your resume, submit internship proposals and check for announcements about upcoming events such as job fairs and career workshops on ECLaunch. This site also features an employer database, resume builder, links to Career Center materials and resources and the option of uploading a professional portfolio; it is exclusively for Endicott students and alumni.

Throughout the year, the Career Center offers a number of events designed to support students and alumni in all aspects of their career development.  more

Job Fairs

The Career Center helps connect students and alumni with employers at job fairs held on campus as well as in the community. Endicott's Internship and Career Fair is held each spring, features area employers, and allows students and alumni to speak directly with employers about internship and full-time employment opportunities. more

Survey Results

Each year the Career Center surveys graduates to find out where they are employed and/or pursuing graduate studies.  Results for the class of 2015 and earlier are posted.

Career Mentor Program

Alumni mentors are matched with students in a program that is designed to enhance the student's professional experience outside the classroom by providing guidance and advice from dedicated alumni.
