Official Web Pages
An official web page is one that is created under the auspices of an Endicott school or department. These pages are linked to the Endicott College home page and must strictly adhere to all published standards. See Web Page Standards located on the College Intranet.
Web Content Editors are responsible for the accuracy and currency of information for their School and/or College Department. They are also responsible for the consistency of web site information with other College publications for internal and external distribution. The Content Editor is responsible for all information posted on their School and/or Department web page.
Content Contributors are responsible for collecting and updating content on their School and/or Department web page and regularly monitoring information to insure accuracy. Content will be reviewed by the Content Editor for approval and deployment to the School and/or Department web page(s). This process will be managed through the College's content management system. Content Contributors will work in concert with the School/Department Content Editor and the Office of Web Development.
