1st Homeland Security Cohort
Endicott College launches successful start to the
Master of Science in Homeland Security Studies Degree Program
On October 6th, 2012, all fifteen members of the 1st HS cohort began their studies into the multi-funcationl and multi-disciplinary field of homeland security. Cohort members include active duty military, a former nuclear security officer, Endicott alumni, and those interested in learning how to protect the nation. Several students have experience traveling, studying, and living overseas in countries such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and China. This month the cohort enhances their classroom experiences by visiting homeland security-related sites such as critical infrastructure, public and private agencies, and meeting with key homeland security officials. The next 18 months will be challenging and fun for this energetic group.
