To support Alumni in all aspects of their career development, the Career Center provides a wide range of events and resources. The list below highlights some of the programs and resources offered by the Career Center to help alumni achieve their goals.

The premier provider of thousands of informational video interviews featuring industry professionals through an easy to use website. The site provides the inside scoop on careers as well as job search advice.
A web-based tool for practicing interview skills with a virtual interviewer. Alumni can record and review their performance and also receive tips on improving their responses.
Allows alumni unlimited access to valuable information on more than 280,000 companies that can be used to research salaries, prepare for interviews, gain an understanding of specific company's culture.
Resume and Cover Letter Review
Not sure if your resume and cover letter are in the best shape they could be? The Career Center will work with you and provide feedback to ensure you are marketing yourself effectively to employers. The Career Center also offers the opportunity to meet one on one and conduct a mock interview to help identify strengths and make improvements in your interviewing style. Career Mentoring Program
Alumni are matched with an undergraduate student in a one-on-one mentoring relationship designed to enhance the student’s professional experience outside the classroom by providing guidance and advice from dedicated alumni.
Mingle & Dress for Success
This event is offered each fall and gives students the opportunity to meet successful Endicott alumni while honing their networking skills and building a professional image. Co-sponsored by the Career Center and the Alumni Relations Office, the evening features a networking reception, dinner and discussion of professional etiquette, and a guest speaker. We are always looking for alumni to participate in this program.
Alumni Mock Interviews
Endicott Alumni conduct practice interviews with students and provide feedback in order to help students excel in their internship and job interviews. Offered each spring, this event also includes a networking reception. We are always looking for alumni to participate in this program.
