Social Studies Methods Field Trip
Social Studies Methods students led by Education faculty member, Courtney Richardson, spent a recent afternoon questing in Ravenswood Park, a Trustees of Reservations property in Gloucester. This outdoor adventure introduced the students to historic figures, granite quarries, glacial moraines, vernal ponds and more. This experience illustrated place-based education in practice.
