In the evening, Dr. Elkind spoke to students in the Keys to Degrees single parent program, Connecting Young Mom's of Beverly program, and a representative from the Lynn Public School's teen parent program. Dr. Elkind focused on the role of technology in education and shared his knowledge, wisdom and guidance on a variety of education-related topics. He left the strong and resilient mothers with one piece of advice, "Take care of you first, in order to be a better parent to your child."
