To support Alumni in all aspects of their career development, the Career Center provides a wide range of events and resources. The list below highlights some of the programs and resources offered by the Career Center to help alumni achieve their goals.

 

Resume, Cover Letter Review and Mock Interview

Not sure if your resume and cover letter are in the best shape they could be? We will work with you and provide feedback to ensure you are marketing yourself effectively to employers. We also offer the opportunity to meet one on one and conduct a mock interview to help you identify strengths and make improvements in your interviewing style. Contact the Career Center  to make an appointment.

Career Assessment

The Career Center offers assessments through TypeFocus Careers. TypeFocus allows you to do a self-assessment of your personality, skills, interests, and values to explore potential career options. If you are interested in taking this assessment contact the Career Center to get started.

View job postings, post your resume, and check for announcements about upcoming events such as job fairs and career workshops on College Central. This site is exclusively for Endicott students and alumni.

Job Fairs

The Career Center helps connect students and alumni with employers at job fairs held on campus as well as in the community. Endicott's Internship and Job Fair is held each spring, features area employers, and allows students and alumni to speak directly with employers about internship and full-time employment opportunities.  more

Ways to Stay Involved

Alumni Mentoring Program
Alumni mentors are matched with students in a program that is designed to enhance the student's professional experience outside the classroom by providing guidance and advice from dedicated alumni.

Mingle and Dress and Mock Interviews

Throughout the year the Career Center holds events to foster networking between Endicott alumni and students. The Mingle and Dress event gives the student the opportunity to learn about professional etiquette and dress. The Alumni Mock Interviews allows students to practice their interviewing with successful alumni in their field.
