Endicott Nursing Faculty Honored in "2013 Salute to Nurses"
Assistant Professor Emily G. Smith, MSN, RN, CRRN and Clinical Instructor Liz Landers, MSN, RN were both recognized for their dedication and contribution to nursing. Nomination letters for both faculty were published in a special section of the Sunday Boston Globe. Professor Smith was nominated by an Endicott student and recognized for “instilling independence… empathy…and confidence” in her clinical students. This is Professor Smith’s second nomination. Liz Landers, MSN, RN is a graduate of Endicott College’s Master’s degree in Nursing Education and is the daughter of Assistant Professor, Lisa Courcy, MSN, RN. Clinical Instructor Landers was nominated by one of her patients at Winchester Hospital and was complimented as “the Ultimate Professional” .
