Fridays at the Rose Presents Soprano Julianne Gearhart
– This fall, don’t miss Fridays in the Rose at Endicott College… each performance is designed to give audiences a taste of the sublime in just enough time to listen and grab a bite during lunch hour - FREE!
On Friday, September 13, 2013 from 12 noon to 1:00 pm, Soprano Julianne Gearhart will share her favorite operatic selections in the gorgeous acoustics of the Rose Performance Hall in the Center for the Arts at Endicott College, 376 Hale St., Beverly, MA 01915. Gearhart is known on both sides of the Atlantic for her remarkable theatrical presence as well as the crystalline quality of her singing. A devoted singer of Strauss, she has sung for companies including The Grand Theatre Geneve, New Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv, and the Seattle Opera. Gearhart’s performances have been praised as: “the sonic equivalent of a crystal chandelier,” “had patrons’ heads spinning with the buoyant charm and sparkle of her vocal acting,” by the Opera Critic and Opera Now magazines.
