New Windows/ PC Computer Purchase Recommendations Academic Year 2012 - 2013
| If you are planning to purchase a new computer for the Fall of 2012 we ask that you take note of our recommendations for a new computer purchase: |

Windows Laptop
- Intel Core i5 running Windows 7
- 4GB RAM
- 160 GB Hard Drive
- DVD+/-RW Drive
- Built-in 802.11g/n Wireless
- Integrated 10/100/1000 Ethernet
- Microphone and Built-in Camera

All students should also have a 25' Category 5 Ethernet network cable, and a USB flash memory stick and/or external hard drive for saving and backing-up data. Also, please be sure to bring to campus all media and peripheral devices that came with your computer.
Software:
Micosoft Office 2010 (Windows) is highly recommended.
Virus protection is required for all Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7) and is provided free through Endicott.
