1. Why do I need to send the Payment Worksheet back?

In order for the Bursar's Office to clear your account for the check-in process, the worksheet must be signed and returned if you are paying less than the amount due on your bill. You may have an approved loan along with financial aid, deductions for Health Insurance, and you may not need to send a payment. However, we need the worksheet to approve the deductions and clear the account for registration.

2. What if I don't return the Payment Worksheet by semester due date?

The worksheet must be returned with payment by the due date to avoid the $100.00 late payment fee. Any accounts that have not been cleared by this date will be charged. The charge will also apply if you do not owe a payment but have not notified us of any pending approved loans on the Payment Worksheet.

4. Why is my financial aid not on my account?

If all your paperwork has been received and processed and you have signed and returned your award letter to the Financial Aid Office, your invoice should include your financial aid. If you have returned your award letter and your financial aid is not reflected on your invoice, you should contact the Financial Aid Office at (978) 232-2070 or (978) 232-2060. Please note that any MEFA, Parent Plus, or private loans may not appear on the invoice; however, if they are approved, you may deduct them on the Payment Worksheet.

5. How can I pay the tuition bill or add money to my Gull Card?

There are several options for paying your tuition bill or adding money to your gull card:

On-line with Credit Card - Tuition payments or Gull Card deposits can be made on-line with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. If you choose the credit card option, you will be assessed a non-refundable convenience fee by our vendor. The College does not accept credit card payments through the mail, in person or over the phone. Endicott College does not receive any part of this convenience fee.

On-line with ACH - Tuition payments and Gull Card deposits can be made on-line with an ACH transaction from your checking or savings account. There is no fee for this service.

Mail: Tuition check payments can be mailed to our lockbox or directly to the college. Gull Card deposit checks should only be mailed to the college. Do not mail Gull Card deposits to the lockbox.

Wire: Funds may be wired to our bank for international students.

In Person: The Bursar's Office will accept cash, checks, money orders, or cashier checks.

7. Why is the College assessing a convenience fee to pay with credit card?

Endicott is not accepting credit card payments directly. Credit cards are being accepted by Tuition Management Systems, a vendor contracted by Endicott College that is charging a fee for their service. The rate based on the payment amount for each transaction was determined by the vendor. Endicott will not receive any part of this fee.
